The Senior Sales Manager will enjoy a competitive weekly base salary, with uncapped commissions on personal sales and overrides on their sales staff. Additionally, they will be eligible for monthly performance bonuses, paid training, health, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.

Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coaching a team of inside sales representatives, managing vendor partnerships, and personally selling ADT's core residential product: Home Security and Home Automation. They will also conduct training, provide one-on-one coaching, facilitate daily team huddles, track and audit leads and total sales volume, and support their team in controlling attrition.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Grow Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry vendors and partners to drive business growth and opportunities.
  • Meet Personal Sales Requirements: Maintain and exceed minimum personal sales requirements through direct sales to clients of our vendors and partners.
  • Coach and Develop Team Members: Conduct training, provide one-on-one coaching, and facilitate daily team huddles to ensure the success of the sales team.
  • Track and Audit Performance: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize team performance.
  • Motivate and Support Team: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Senior Sales Manager at Safe Haven Security, you will need:

  • 3+ Years of Inside Sales Experience: A proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably with supervisory experience.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to work efficiently with technical devices and platforms, including laptops, CRM software, and other support tools.
  • Leadership and Motivation: Innate ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others to achieve exceptional results.

Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
