Job Title: Culinary Artisan

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and execute daily menu items with precision and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of kitchen operations, including inventory management and food safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes that showcase our resort's culinary expertise.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Formal training or education in culinary arts, preferred.
  • One year Cook III level or previous Cook II experience.
  • Strong focus on precision and detail to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation of food.
