Strategic Marketing Director

The Strategic Marketing Director for Child Guidance Resource Centers plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization's strategic initiatives through innovative marketing and development strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes integrated marketing plans to promote CGRC's brand and services.
- Serves as Brand Ambassador, ensuring consistency of messaging across the organization and externally.
- Expands and maintains internal and external marketing efforts through presentations, education, and stakeholder engagement.
- Supervises and directs Marketing, Development, and related staff teams.
- Oversees logistics for community awareness activities, development, and special events.
- Collaborates with internal partners and external consultants to create collateral materials.
- Maintains company website and oversees social media sites, creating engaging content.
- Leads initiatives to understand consumer, provider, and donor behaviors for targeted promotion.
- Supports strategy conception for Development events.
