Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and foster relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Identify potential risks and communicate them to senior audit personnel.
  • Contribute insights and actively listen to team members' perspectives.
  • Work independently with minimal oversight from senior staff.
  • Accept and complete assignments in a timely manner.
  • Review past procedures and seek to improve audit methodologies.
  • Understand and prepare basic financial statements.
  • Recognize the need for additional hours to fulfill assigned tasks and assist the audit team in meeting deadlines.
  • Actively pursue CPA exam completion.
