**Job Summary**

Midwest Manufacturing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our team. As a Production Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Load and unload materials in the warehouse and yard, and onto outgoing trucks.
  • Count and scan units manually, and use a computer system to pick orders.
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed.
  • Assemble and produce products using various machines and tools.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Communicate with team members and management to ensure smooth facility operations.

**Requirements:**

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Previous forklift training or experience preferred.
