Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Coordinator to join our team at a top hospital in AZ. As a key member of our hematology and medical oncology department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the exceptional care of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate patients' eligibility for allogeneic stem cell transplant, including conducting thorough medical histories and physical examinations.
  • Collaborate with the research team to collect and analyze data related to allogeneic stem cell transplant procedures, contributing to ongoing research and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in stem cell, oncology, hematology or BMT nursing.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and other relevant software applications.
  • Certification in oncology nursing is strongly preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
