The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for implementing and coordinating the delivery of care in collaboration with physicians and care associates. Your passion for serving seniors and contributing to a positive environment will make you an excellent fit for our team.

  • You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of our residents, ensuring continuity of care and documenting all pertinent information.
  • You will provide high-level care by making frequent rounds, observing residents' overall condition and behavior, and maintaining ongoing communication with residents, families, and physicians.
  • You will assist the Director of Wellness in developing and updating resident care plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • An LPN license in the applicable state
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • At least one year of related work experience
