Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough physical examinations and monitor cardiology patients in the outpatient setting, providing comprehensive care and education.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as routine laboratory and imaging studies, to inform treatment decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and patients to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address complex patient needs.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in cardiology and share knowledge with colleagues to enhance practice excellence.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field, with a focus on APRN training.
  • Current, valid Florida APRN license, with ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA certification required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cardiology, with a strong background in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
