Cotton integrates this diverse array of services with exceptional talent, cutting-edge technology, and a substantial inventory of company-owned resources to provide clients with a comprehensive solutions package in support of disaster management and large-scale development initiatives, including intricate work environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Maintain regular communication with operations teams to guarantee project efficiency.
  • Update clients and insurance representatives on project progress and developments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, project guidelines, and safety regulations.
  • Oversee project budgeting to ensure financial viability and profitability.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts and necessary permits.
  • Develop and implement a Site Safety Plan to be followed by field supervisors and labor teams.
  • Conduct daily Project Management Reviews to monitor job files.
  • Facilitate Safety Toolbox meetings and participate in safety investigations to mitigate risks.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, adjusters, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
  • Address and resolve conflicts with clients and stakeholders promptly.
  • Supervise the hiring of subcontractors and suppliers for various projects.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge of heavy reconstruction projects is essential.
  • OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Proficient understanding of workflow processes and systems.
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Proven capacity to cultivate professional relationships.
  • Valid driving record and ability to travel as required.
