Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead team meetings to communicate quality and production information, as well as general information from other locations/departments.
  • Coach and counsel crew members in safety, performance, attendance, training, housekeeping/5S, and quality to ensure understanding and compliance of company requirements.
  • Ensure that all production, safety, quality, and information is clearly communicated to all team members.
  • Actively participate in accident/injury investigations and resolve any deficiencies, including engineering controls, employee education, etc.
  • Perform audits in areas of safety, training, and quality to support company needs, and develop countermeasures when necessary.

Work Environment: Our facility is a Tier 1/2 source for automotive glass, tempering and forming glass for major automotive manufacturers. The work environment is clean and well-maintained, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
