Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and effective communication.
• Operate company vehicles to manage traffic issues and redirect vehicles as necessary.
• Set up and dismantle traffic control measures using cones, delineators, and barricades.
• Monitor the flow of incoming and outgoing traffic.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with management.
• Undertake additional projects and tasks as assigned by management.
• Ensure cleanliness of the work area and surrounding properties.
• Manage toll booths as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of one year of experience in traffic management is preferred.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and tolerate extreme temperatures.
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Self-driven to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to work 8-12 hour shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays as scheduled.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid Driver's License.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
  • Verification of references.
  • Maintaining a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to cross international borders.
  • Possession of, or ability to obtain, an enhanced driver's license, passport, or Nexus card.
