Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Manager to join our team at Platform Accounting Group.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting audit work, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a CPA license are preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading client engagement meetings, researching business trends, and reviewing team's final financial analysis. They will also assist with the training of new staff members, network, and build relationships to attract new clients or business to the Firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client engagement meetings to determine timelines and goals of an audit
  • Research business trends to professionally represent the company and apply this knowledge to the client's solutions
  • Review team's final financial analysis upon completion of fieldwork to improve client internal controls and accounting procedures
  • Assist with the training of new or less experienced staff members
  • Network, build relationships, and attract new clients or business to the Firm
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting audit work
  • BA or higher degree in Accounting
  • CPA license preferred
  • Experience working on non-profit audits is a major plus
  • Prior team management experience a major plus
