As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive safety program that ensures the well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.

• Develop and implement a safety program that meets or exceeds industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on safety protocols and procedures.
• Investigate and report on all safety incidents and near-misses.
• Develop and manage the safety budget and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a senior safety role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
