Key Responsibilities
- Branch Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of the branch, including equipment rental, sales, repair, training, and calibration services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of equipment and tools for customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence within the region.
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of professionals, including technicians, sales representatives, and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
- Prepare and manage the branch budget, including forecasting, expense control, and financial reporting.
- Analyze financial performance and implement measures to achieve profitability goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing, invoicing, and collection processes.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality in all branch operations, including equipment maintenance and service delivery.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Management experience with a minimum of 5 years promoting operations and sales skillset. Industrial Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), RVI, Environmental or Industrial Drone and Robotics experience across the various industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to effectively communicate, assess processes, and maximize engagement at all levels within the organization.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of structure, project management, and process organization, financial management; forecasting and budgeting, including the knowledge to apply profit and loss.
- Responsible to train and mentor by setting clear goals; investing time into employee development and actively coaching a team that drives positive results through individual and business growth.
- Foundational understanding of customer service and business operations to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control processes.
- Proficiency in using business management resources, software, and tools.
