Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Receiving and Processing: Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness of deliveries.
  2. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and reporting issues to management.
  3. Order Fulfillment: Select and prepare products for customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  4. Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, including cleaning, organizing, and reporting any hazards or issues.
  5. Equipment Operation: Safely operate heavy equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, to move products throughout the warehouse.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 6 months of experience in warehouse operations in a wholesale environment preferred.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, including knowledge of inventory management systems and office software; basic math skills; ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this role include lifting, carrying, and loading up to 75 pounds repeatedly, as well as working in a warehouse environment with hot and cold temperatures, dust, and noise.
