We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Co-op to join our team at RTX. As a Supply Chain Co-op, you will play a critical role in supporting our aerospace supply chain operations and aftermarket support.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute recovery plans for suppliers with less than 95% on-time delivery.
- Serve as a key liaison between suppliers and Customer Account Managers to resolve service issues.
- Aggregate and analyze supplier performance to produce monthly scorecards.
- Ensure supplier adherence to the Aftermarket Product Support Agreement (PSA).
- Support assessments of supplier readiness and capacity for new programs.
- Assist in Quarterly Business Alignment Reviews and Retrofit Planning Agreements.
- Techniques for managing and improving supplier performance.
- Insights into aerospace supply chain operations and aftermarket support.
- Skills in data aggregation, analysis, and performance reporting.
- Experience with compliance and capacity planning processes.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and strategic problem-solving.
- The complexities of supplier relationships and performance management.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline. U.S. citizenship is required.
We prefer candidates with relevant coursework or experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Customer Service. Familiarity with the Aftermarket & Aerospace Industry is also a plus.
Strong communication, organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are required. Working knowledge of ERP systems like SAP and experience with Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement practices are also desirable.
