Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Building Consulting team as an Assistant Vice President or Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property damage evaluation, estimation, and project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating medium to large commercial and residential projects, as well as providing technical direction to other consultants. They will also collaborate with Business Development Managers to develop new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.

Key qualifications include 7+ years of experience in the restoration industry, proficiency in Xactimate and other estimating software, and strong project management and analytical skills. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.
