About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at D-H Lebanon-MHMH. As a key member of our oral health team, you will be responsible for assisting dentists in providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist dentists during treatment procedures, preparing tools and equipment as needed.
  • Develop infection control protocols and prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
  • Provide patients with instructions on oral care following surgery or treatment.
  • Teach patients effective oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health.
  • Perform office management tasks using personal computers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma and associate's degree or postsecondary certification in dental assistance.
  • At least 1 year of experience in dental assisting.
  • Dental radiology certification (DANB CDA or minimum DANB).

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $42,000 - $62,000, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
