R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. is in search of a committed Project Manager with expertise in the planning, design, and execution of airline and aviation infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be involved in both airline and airport funded initiatives, focusing primarily on airline-related projects. A comprehensive understanding of airline operations and functions is essential, as interaction with station managers and various user groups will be necessary. Experience within the airline sector is highly desirable.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education – A bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, civil engineering, or a closely related field is preferred.
  • Experience – A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple construction projects.
  • Expertise in project scope and budget development.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving and change management capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:
