About the Role:
">- As a Family Medicine Physician with Integrity Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our diverse patient population.
Job Summary:
">This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Northern California. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Provide direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions.
- Refer patients to specialists and relevant patient care components as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
Requirements:
">- Valid and unrestricted license issued by the Medical Board of California to practice medicine.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Ability to speak Spanish is highly desired but not required.
- Current registration issued by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) allowing the prescription of drugs.
- Prior experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and community health is a plus.
- CPR certification and ability to maintain Continued Medical Education (CME) as required for certification renewals.
