Key Responsibilities:

Your Role Includes:

  • Scope Evaluation: Assess customer requests to identify optimal solutions and pricing.
  • Review Historical Work: Analyze previous work orders and documentation to suggest effective solutions, consolidating scopes when necessary.
  • Options Delivery: Present various scope of work alternatives to align with customer goals.
  • Pricing Authorization: Initiate and assess work orders utilizing pricing tools, ensuring final pricing approval.
  • Scope and Pricing Alignment: Confirm that work order scopes correspond with pricing and supporting documentation.
  • Order Qualification and Processing: Validate scope accuracy, manage estimates according to customer specifications and contractual agreements, update internal systems, and forward to the appropriate department or client.
  • Client Engagement: Discuss project specifics with clients as necessary.
  • Contractor Collaboration: Engage with contractors to discuss estimates and request work order evaluations as needed.
  • Documentation of Requirements: Capture customer formatting and process needs to streamline approvals.
  • Team Support: Offer subject matter expertise to the team.
  • Meet Service Standards: Ensure services comply with customer Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Communicate necessary actions to the team to achieve these objectives.
Qualifications:

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in horticulture or a minimum of 2 years in a business-related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in commercial landscaping.
  • Prior experience in initiating and managing customer service requests beyond contractual obligations.
  • Proven track record in pricing work orders.
  • Experience in employee relations, effective communication, and problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.
