We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Avanti Residential LLC. As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the excellent condition of our residential properties, both inside and out.
Key Responsibilities- Unit Preparation: Prepare units for new move-ins by performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting repairs.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls, and building exteriors, as well as maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems.
- Work Order Management: Complete work orders within 24 hours as directed by the Community Manager and/or Service Manager, and report any emergency work orders in a timely manner.
- Grounds Maintenance: Complete grounds pick up, sweeping, and light landscaping such as mulch and sprinkler head replacements when possible.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience required.
- Certifications: OSHA, EPA, and CPO license/certifications preferred.
- Communication Skills: Written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of facilities management and mechanical equipment.
- Criminal Background Screening: Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
- Premium Pay: Premium pay available for required duties completed outside regular operating hours based on business needs and after-hours coverage.
- Bonuses: Annual or quarterly bonuses awarded based on performance and KPIs.
