**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Floor Tech to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet, including dusting, wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting.
**Responsibilities**
* Perform floor maintenance tasks as assigned by management
* Complete assigned cleaning areas according to schedule
* Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
* Recycle soiled linen from units
**Requirements**
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
