Momentum is seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver Assistant to join our team. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a group home residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Support individuals with moving in and out of beds, wheelchairs, and automobiles
  • Participate in activities of interest, such as outings, crafts, and community events
  • Provide transportation to and from appointments and community outings

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
  • Experience working with developmentally disabled individuals (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Onetime sign-on bonus will be paid in two payments. First payment will be made after 90 days of active employment and second payment will be made after 6 months to active employees in good standing.
