Role Overview:
The Capitol Region Education Council is looking for a dedicated Coordinator for its Preschool Before and Aftercare program.
This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the program, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
The Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling staff, supervising Aftercare Assistants, and designing and executing structured, creative activities for students. Strong behavior management skills and consistent communication with parents and guardians are essential for success in this position.
Additionally, the Coordinator will maintain accurate records and manage billing processes through My School Bucks.
Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will have experience in early childhood education and a solid understanding of PreK curriculum and development. Familiarity with data management systems such as PowerSchool and My School Bucks is advantageous. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, along with a college degree in a relevant field and prior supervisory experience.
