The successful candidate will have a strong background in property management, with a minimum of 1-year experience as an Assistant Property Manager at a Student Housing apartment community.

In this role, you will be responsible for addressing resident concerns, setting the standard for leasing agent engagement, training staff, and leading rent collection efforts. You will also assist in managing the property's budget, inspecting apartments during move-in and move-out, and fulfilling acting Property Manager responsibilities when necessary.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
