Job Description

As an Assistant Property Manager - Apartment Leasing, you will be responsible for greeting, assisting, and leasing apartments to prospective residents.

You will also answer phones, show available apartment homes, and field general questions regarding rental units and property features.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have at least one year of experience in the apartment industry with two years of customer service experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: College degree, NALP and CAM certified helpful
