Job Summary

The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the ongoing regional operations, programmatic excellence, and financial health of the Think Together teams in their assigned regions. This role requires strategic leadership, oversight, and collaboration with the Home Office to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide input and support to achieve fiscal year operating goals
  • Implement Think Together's Program Quality, Culture, Business Development, Retention, Operations, and Strategic Leadership
  • Lead by example and demonstrate Think Together's values, vision, and mission
  • Develop and mentor Director of Program and Operations or Quality Assurance Coach-Trainers
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and control risk within acceptable limits
  • Participate in community events and maintain highest degree of confidentiality in student, staff, and management matters
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social service, education, or related field; Master's degree highly desirable
  • At least 10 years of senior management experience with outcomes-based performance
  • Leadership positions within education or expanded learning environment with knowledge of expanded learning landscape, education code, and market
  • Excellent organizational management skills with ability to coach staff, manage high-performance teams, and set strategic objectives
