Job Summary:

OSF HealthCare is seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team. As a key member of the interdisciplinary team, the successful candidate will assess the nutritional needs of patients and develop personalized nutrition care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patient nutritional status and develop interventions to meet individual needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient-centered care
  • Develop and implement nutrition care plans to promote optimal patient outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Food Science, or Nutrition

License/Certifications:
Credentialed Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian eligible through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (Illinois and Michigan)

Experience:
Basic Microsoft application proficiency
Previous experience working with patients in a group or individual setting
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medical billing

Preferred Qualifications:

Licensure/Certifications:
License Certified Diabetes Educator

Other skills/knowledge:
1 year experience working with patients in a group or individual setting
