About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our Telecom Aerial team at Kanaan Communications, LLC. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the installation and repair of aerial telecommunications cable, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform duties related to the installation and repair of aerial telecommunications cable
  • Ensure that all work is performed within the scope of customer specifications and industry standards
  • Provide support to technicians as needed, including moving equipment and providing parts
  • Ensure daily inspection and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment
  • Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas
  • Communicate effectively with team members and complete daily production reports
  • Assist with site restoration efforts and perform work in all weather conditions
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
  • Hold a valid standard Driver's License with a minimum of 2 years driving experience or a Class A Commercial Driver's License
  • Have 1 to 2 years of prior aerial experience, preferably in telecommunications
  • Be able to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods
