Telecom Aerial Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our Telecom Aerial team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing duties related to the installation and repair of aerial telecommunications cable. You will work closely with our technicians to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.

• Provide support to technicians during installation and repair work
• Move bucket trucks as directed by technicians
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notification of construction activities is completed prior to starting each workday
• Perform daily inspections and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas
• Communicate clearly with team members
• Complete daily production reports
• Assist with site restoration efforts
• Work in all weather conditions

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have authorization to work in the United States
• Hold a valid standard Driver's License with a minimum of 2 years driving experience or Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Have 1 to 2 years prior aerial experience preferred
• Have 1 or more years of unskilled labor experience in telecommunications

The employee will be standing, walking, climbing, balancing, crawling, crouching, lifting, holding, or stooping while on shift. The employee will be exposed to outside weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold temperatures, inclement weather, and adverse driving conditions.
