This role involves working closely with the professional staff, caddie manager, and valet/bag drop personnel, focusing on various aspects of the outside operations, which include overseeing the cart fleet, managing the bag room, and maintaining practice areas.

  • Consistently provide outstanding service to members
  • Maintain the Golf Shop and surrounding areas in a tidy manner while delivering friendly and attentive service

  • Possess a cheerful, outgoing demeanor
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended durations
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Genuine desire to meet the needs of members and guests in a dynamic setting
  • Take ownership of every member request
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Head Golf Professional and Assistant Golf Professionals

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Prior experience in private clubs is advantageous
  • Physical stamina to lift moderate weights, up to 35 lbs.
