Position Overview

The Sacramento Sierra Rehabilitation Hospital - UC Davis is seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapy Assistant to join our esteemed rehabilitation team. Our facility is a modern, 52-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation center focused on the recovery and rehabilitation of patients who have suffered from significant injuries or illnesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Certification Requirements: Must possess a valid CA License.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in Acute Rehabilitation or Acute Care settings is required.
  • Essential Skills: Proficiency in Acute Rehabilitation or Acute Care is necessary.
Work Schedule
  • Days: Friday to Tuesday.
  • Shift: Daytime hours.
  • Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 36-40 hours.
  • Weekend Requirements: PTA schedule ideally follows the Friday to Tuesday pattern, with OT and SLP weekend rotations every 2-3 weekends.
  • On-Call Duties: None required.
