Job Title: Physical Therapist

Join VibrantCare Rehabilitation as a Physical Therapist and contribute to delivering high-quality physical therapy services to patients, caregivers, and facilities.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to implement and supervise physical therapy services in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and VibrantCare policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, treat, and direct skilled treatment for patients requiring physical therapy services.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing documentation of patient progress, goals, and medical necessity.
  • Complete all required documentation, including pre-certifications, physician reports, daily notes, and charge tickets, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
  • Attend and participate in facility meetings as directed by the Center Manager.
  • Complete ongoing continuing education coursework to meet state licensure requirements.
  • Maintain current CPR certification.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from a physical therapist education program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) or a substantially equivalent education.
  • State licensure/registration where applicable.
