Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Senior Manager to join our Fraud Analytics, Modeling & Intelligence organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing fraud analytics and strategies to support Citi's North American and global credit card and retail bank businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage advanced analytics to identify fraud trends and design strategies to prevent and mitigate fraud attacks across the fraud lifecycle.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and manage fraud rules, scores, and detection strategies to ensure effective risk management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate and manage regular reporting to enable effective monitoring and identification of emerging trends.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics and modeling or a relevant field.
  • Big Data environment with hands-on coding experience in various traditional and open-source tools.
  • Advanced machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as Logistic Regression, Gradient Boosting, and Random Forests.
  • Data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytic skills, with the ability to derive patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Ability to build effective presentations to communicate analytical findings to a wide array of audiences.
Education

Bachelor's Degree required in statistics, mathematics, physics, economics, or other analytical or quantitative discipline. Master's Degree or PhD preferred.
