Job Overview

At T-Mobile, we're committed to innovation and excellence in our analytics and insights team. As a Senior Manager of Analytics, you'll play a key role in developing and guiding our advertising measurement and analytical practice. You'll work closely with our Measurement and Product team to build core data deliverables and develop proof-of-concept analytics products that demonstrate the value of our T-Ads media solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Own specific measurement verticals, including location partners, and be the subject matter expert on market trends and preferences.
  • Work with existing partner teams to identify, test, and leverage existing complementary and contributory data, data science, and platform capabilities to aid in product and platform development.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to define strategic partnerships in advertising measurement, define use cases and KPIs important to successful campaign measurement.
  • Build partnership strategies and priorities to align with market trends and client priorities.
  • Support new partnership launches, including market positioning, packaging, price tiering, target customer identification, and ongoing customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Master's/Advanced Degree in Business, Communications, or Technology field (Preferred)
  • 7+ years of advertising technology and digital marketing expertise working with big data at scale (1P, user-level) with popular frameworks (Spark) and enterprise data platforms (Databricks and Snowflake)
  • 5+ Years of programming experience with Python to support non-SQL application needs (automation, front-end UI)
  • 4-7 years of Experience managing and leading employees
