As a Manufacturing Assembler III, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of both electronic and mechanical systems. Your expertise in using various hand tools and your keen attention to detail will be essential in ensuring high-quality builds.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Follow detailed documentation to construct electronic and mechanical tabletop and standalone assemblies. You will also be responsible for creating sub-assemblies and integrating them into larger systems from start to finish for technical evaluation.
2.Calibrate sensitive instruments and test different combinations of components as per customer specifications to verify their proper functionality.
Additionally, you will be tasked with building and aligning optical sub-systems.
3.
Perform basic troubleshooting tasks independently before seeking assistance from a technician.
This role requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment where tasks may shift rapidly to accommodate customer needs.
4.
Utilize a variety of hand tools for assembly tasks, ensuring meticulous attention to detail throughout all projects.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Engage in administrative duties, including daily interactions with our inventory management system, closing work orders, and updating inventory records to reflect physical movements.
- Provide constructive feedback for enhancing documentation and record troubleshooting processes as they occur.
Compensation:
Pay rate ranges from $20 to $25 per hour.

Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manufacturing assembler
- Proficient in cable harness assembly and installation
- Capable of working with sensitive fibers and performing optical alignment and calibration tasks.
