About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at CPP-Syracuse. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the site controller to provide financial guidance and support to local operations and corporate finance teams.
  • Assist in the month-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain the site's weekly cash forecasts, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and lead meetings to coordinate collections, ensuring prompt payment from customers.
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations and participate in inventory programs, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Assist in the annual external audit process, providing necessary financial information and support.
  • Ensure consistent application of financial and accounting policies, maintaining a high level of financial integrity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3-4 years of experience in accounting practices, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP, FASB standards, and internal control processes.
  • Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and ERP Systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
