We are seeking a Convenience Store Supervisor to join our team at Gibbs Oil Company LP. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain a well-organized store appearance.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper accountability at the cash register.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform regular cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, 401k, sick time, and vacation time.
