OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE:
Facilitates the training and educational development of staff within designated company facilities and programs across a specified geographical region.
Implements standardized, competency-driven training and development initiatives, including new employee onboarding, preceptor training, facility-specific in-services, and clinical, quality, and customer service training programs aimed at enhancing patient care quality and achieving organizational objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Aligns educational activities with regional, group, and corporate business objectives.
Complies with nursing practice standards, company policies, procedures, and all regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements.
Directs all training programs towards fostering a culture of patient safety, clinical excellence, and improved patient outcomes, adhering to company and industry standards.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The physical demands and environmental characteristics described here represent those an employee may encounter while fulfilling the essential functions of this role.
Daily tasks include desk work, personal computer usage, and interaction with patients, regional and facility/program staff, and healthcare providers.
The work environment is typical of a healthcare facility, featuring climate control and moderate noise levels. Exposure to infectious and contagious materials may occur.
This position necessitates frequent, extended periods of standing, and the employee must be capable of bending.
The employee may occasionally need to move, with assistance, equipment weighing up to 200 lbs. and may lift chemical and water solutions weighing up to 30 lbs. to a height of 5 feet.
There may be a requirement to perform essential functions of this position in other locations, which may include overnight stays, under the same physical demands and working conditions as described above.

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
Advanced degree BSN or MSN (preferred)
Current appropriate RN state licensure in primary state of residence
Obtain and maintain RN state licensure in assigned states as directed
Must meet the practice requirements in the state of employment
Minimum 1-year dialysis experience as a Registered Nurse
CDN or CNN (preferred) or must attain within 18 months of employment
Successful completion and maintenance of CPR BLS (Basic Life Safety) Certification, along with all annual and ongoing required education/training/competencies.
The compensation for this position will be determined based on the successful candidate's work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies.
