Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately calculate customer bills using the dealership's computer system.
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card payments, ensuring proper documentation on repair orders or counter tickets.
  • Provide change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
  • Address customer complaints with professionalism and direct them to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Assist management with various clerical tasks as required.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and efficient demeanor while interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Become familiar with departmental structures and internal procedures to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
