Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Assist with financial controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
