Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required; Doctorate of Pharmacy preferred.
- Experience: Completion of a Postgraduate Year 1 residency or fellowship, or two years of experience as a registered pharmacist in a health system pharmacy is required. Experience in medical oncology is highly preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Current pharmacy licensure in the appropriate state(s) or completion within 30 days of the start date is required.
- Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification or equivalent must be obtained and maintained within 2 years of the start date, where applicable.
- Additional Skills: Ability to travel to multiple facilities as needed and work collaboratively within a high-performing team.
