We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Application Developer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of generative AI tools and systems.
  • Develop generative AI applications using techniques such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
  • Create and process datasets for Generative AI applications.
  • Design and prototype model workflows utilizing relevant cloud resources.
  • Deploy the Generative application in a web application or business intelligence environment.
  • Evaluate and monitor the performance and output quality of generative AI models.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in industry designing, implementing, or consulting on developing Large Language Model applications.
  • 5+ years of experience in industry-specific technology domain areas.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI models, concepts, capabilities, and usage patterns.
  • Proven expertise in architecting and prototyping systems using generative AI technologies.
  • Full stack development experience is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
  • Expertise in NLP with deep learning application experience.
  • Experience with LangChain or other similar abstraction/orchestration library.
  • Proficiency with HuggingFace or other platforms.
  • Understanding with data science and machine learning lifecycle (MLOps).
  • API development experience.
  • Knowledge of compliance with industry standards and regulations, data governance and security, and responsible AI practices.
