Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Material Handling

  • Prepare and package items for shipment and distribution.
  • Utilize designated control systems to ensure job accuracy and inventory management.

Mail Management

  • Receive, categorize, and deliver mail according to client specifications.
  • Prepare outgoing mail using the appropriate mailing equipment.
  • Adhere to all postal regulations.

Document Services

  • Produce, finalize, and deliver completed products based on user requests.
  • Employ provided software to schedule and invoice print/copy tasks.
  • Assist with file editing and preparation for printing as needed.

Scanning Services

  • Digitize original documents into specified client locations.
  • Process original documents according to client guidelines.
  • Maintain high output levels and accuracy.

Reception Duties

  • Answer incoming calls, welcome clients and visitors, and perform other assigned tasks.

Event Support

  • Set up conference and event spaces. Ensure meeting areas are clean, stocked, and prepared.

Delivery Services

  • Manage deliveries within and outside client locations.

Shipping and Receiving

  • Utilize shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and client systems for receiving and dispatching items.

Additional related duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated motivation, good judgment, and decisiveness.
  • Organizational skills and flexibility in planning.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • No specific industry experience is necessary.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • May be required to train and develop skills for potential supervisory roles.
