Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team as a Full-Time Lead Dental Assistant. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the dentist during clinical procedures, including preparing treatment plans and taking radiographs and digital scans.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to health regulations.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the practice by performing other duties as needed.
- Experience: Certified dental assistant with at least 2 years of experience. Prefer to have expanded function in dental assisting license (EFDA) in Maryland.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
