  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure uniform application of IT policies across the organization.
  • Provide training and support to staff regarding best practices in IT risk management and compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT risk management and compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT governance, security compliance frameworks, project management, NIST, IT SOX, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing IT security and compliance processes.
  • Proven track record in leading IT Security, Risk, and Compliance initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of PII and PCI-DSS regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex IT concepts to non-technical personnel.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks and devise effective solutions.
  • Exceptional project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Professional certifications such as CISM, CRISC, or CISSP are advantageous.
