Hours: 8am - 3pm

Compensation: Competitive Pay, Based on Education and Experience

We are seeking a skilled ABA Therapist & RBT to join our team at Assessment, Consultation & Treatment in Pasadena. As a key member of our team, you will provide home and/or school-based ABA/behavior therapy to children and adolescents with autism, intellectual disability, and other developmental delays.

About the Role:

  • Provide ABA/behavior therapy to children and adolescents with autism, intellectual disability, and other developmental delays.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and consultations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Work with children and families to promote positive behavior change and improve quality of life.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or RBT certification.
  • Experience working with children, preferably those with special needs.
  • Valid and current driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work 2pm-8pm multiple days per week.

Supervision and Support:

Physical Demands:

  • Must have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required.
  • Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities.
  • Need to be able to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.).

State Mandate:

STATE OF CALIFORNIA MANDATES ALL HEALTHCARE WORKERS TO BE FULLY VACCINATED EFFECTIVE 10/1/21
