Cloud Data Integration Developer

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Data Integration Developer to join our team of professionals. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days a week of onsite work in Richmond, VA.

The engagement is expected to last 6-12 months. As a Cloud Data Integration Developer, you will be responsible for creating and modifying Workday inbound and outbound interfaces using SQL Server (SSIS) and Azure Data Factory pipelines.

You will develop data pipelines supporting data vaults or data marts, code processes according to established standards, and collaborate with business partners to develop data mapping between systems.

Required Skills:

  • Azure Data Factory Pipeline development experience in both Azure and local SQL Server environments (minimum 5 years)
  • XSLT Development experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated, independent, and flexible

Highly Desired:

  • Experience authoring Workday reports and outbound integrations (minimum 2 years)
  • Familiarity with Workday Studio (minimum 2 years)
  • Comfortable mentoring other personnel on Workday technologies

Candidates should also be prepared to successfully complete training on HIPAA and PII regulations.
