Job Overview

The Parking Spot is seeking a skilled and courteous Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a vital role in providing safe and efficient transportation of customers between our parking facilities and airports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet each customer with a smile, offer to assist with their luggage, and provide pleasant customer service.
  • Facility Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for customers.
  • Teamwork: Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service and ensure a positive experience for customers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all applicable regulations and requirements governing the operation of commercial vehicles.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Education: High school education or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Clean Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record.
  • Licenses and Badges: Currently holds, or is able to obtain, applicable licenses or badges as required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to pass a physical as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/or state regulations.
  • Language Skills: Able to read and speak the English language sufficiently (DOT Requirement).
  • Lifting Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage.
